The Uncensored Web
Featured Publication Information is plentiful and varied on the web, which is good because, like the Bible says, "if the body were all eyes... (1Corinthians 12:17)".   You get the point.   But just who is in charge of regulating the quality of the information presented to your web browser?   Take a wild guess.   You.
There is a good possibility, if you use search engines to any extent, that you will come across a variety of websites, some of which may contain material offensive to many.   Also, a great many sites which once contained useful information become outdated, are neglected, and become a complete waste of time.   But just like lotteries are a tax on people who are bad at math, others of us choose not to be so burdened.   Better to be a live dog than a dead lion (Ecclesiastes 9:4).   In the multitude of accomplishments there is a counselor (cf. Proverbs 15:22).
Do we consider the quantity of web pages, and not consider also the quality?   The fact that there are so many products, services, news and information on the web is good thing.   While Jesus spoke of not judging others (Matthew 7:1), why not focus on things which inspire us, things that help us become better people, whether it be mentally, emotionally, socially, spiritually, intellectually, physically, or financially.   It's all about focus.   As the Bible puts it: "Better is a little in the fear of Jehovah than an abundant supply and confusion along with it (Proverbs 15:16)."
