Ward's Delicious Omellete
I believe that the idea for this came from the recipes obtained when we purchased a certain piece of cookware known as the TurboCooker. While we no longer have the cookware, the idea of using potatoes in an omellete stuck.
Chicken is famous for the salmonella poisoning associated with it. Omellete is better when it is not overcooked, but knowing when it is cooked is a matter of experience, and it may be somehwat more difficult at first with the addition of the potatoes. Salmonella poisoning may linger for two weeks in the event that it happens upon you. Eggs are best kept in the refrigerator and are hopefully fresh when purchased and used promptly. God bless you.
Requires a frying pan. A smaller pan may take longer to cook the eggs since the layer of egg is thicker in a smaller pan.
Slice potato thinly.
1 medium-sized organic potato, thinly sliced
1-2 oz goat or sheep cheese (optional)
2 organic eggs (or free-range)
½ cup organic butter
Ward's Delicious Omelette for breakfast, or later in the day, perhaps.
